In diesem Fall empfiehlt es sich, das Ger\u00e4t auszutauschen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"testo\"><strong>Achtung! Standardmanometer nie verwenden, wenn Sauerstoff, Erdgas und f\u00fcr Kupfer und seine Legierungen korrosive Fl\u00fcssigkeiten oder Gase vorhanden sind. In diesen F\u00e4llen Kontakt mit dem technischen Kundendienst von Italmanometri aufnehmen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"testo\"><strong>Reparatur und Wartung <\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; F\u00fcr Standardmanometer gibt es keine Reparaturm\u00f6glichkeit.<br \/>\n&#8211; Hochwertige Manometer k\u00f6nnen dagegen repariert oder neu kalibriert werden.<\/p>\n<p class=\"testo\"><strong>Lagerhaltung<\/strong><br \/>\nManometer m\u00fcssen nach folgenden Kriterien gelagert werden:<br \/>\n&#8211; Nicht mehr als 3 Kartons mit Manometern \u00fcbereinander stapeln, weil ein zu hohes Gewicht sie besch\u00e4digen kann.<br \/>\n&#8211; Von Staub und \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfiger Feuchtigkeit fernhalten.<br \/>\n&#8211; Sie sind vor \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfiger Hitze und Lichtquellen zu sch\u00fctzen, insbesondere fl\u00fcssigkeitsgef\u00fcllte Manometer, und im Dunkeln zu lagern.<br \/>\n&#8211; Manometer, die mit Fl\u00fcssigkeit gef\u00fcllt sind, d\u00fcrfen nicht auf dem Kopf stehend aufbewahrt werden.<\/p>\n<p class=\"testo\"><strong>Lagerhaltungszeit.<\/strong><br \/>\nVorausgesetzt, die Manometer werden bei einer optimalen Temperatur von 15-30 Grad Celsius und nach den oben genannten Regeln gelagert:<br \/>\n-Trocken-Manometer: 6 Jahre<br \/>\n-Manometer mit Glyzerinf\u00fcllung: 2 Jahre<\/p>\n<p class=\"testo\"><strong>Montagebeispiele f\u00fcr die verschiedenen Standardmodelle von Manometern<\/strong><br \/>\nBeachten Sie, dass Manometer in vertikaler Position kalibriert werden und dass bei horizontaler Montage der Zeiger au\u00dferhalb des Nullpunktes liegen kann, insbesondere bei Niederdruckmanometern. (Abb.2)<\/p>\n<p class=\"testo\">Manometer m\u00fcssen auf starren Tr\u00e4gern montiert werden, um die \u00dcbertragung von Vibrationen auf den Manometeranschluss zu verhindern. Achtung: Hohe Vibrationen beeintr\u00e4chtigen die Lebensdauer des Manometers und beschleunigen den Verschlei\u00df der Mechanismen (Abb.4)<\/p>\n<p class=\"testo\">Zylindrische BSP-Standardgewinde ben\u00f6tigen eine Unterlegscheibe, um abdichtend zu sein. Die konischen BSPT- und NPT-Gewinde sind auf Metall selbstdichtend. Es empfiehlt sich, Teflonband um das Gewinde zu wickeln, um dessen Abdichtung zu verbessern und das Verschrauben zu erleichtern. (Abb.3)<\/p>\n<p class=\"testo\">Plusierender Druck: Wenn Druckschwankungen vorkommen, fl\u00fcssigkeitsgef\u00fcllte Manometer, Fl\u00fcssigkeitsabscheider oder Rohrschlangen verwenden. Dimensioni, metrologia e assaggi. Oggetto e campo di applicazione: questa norma europea definisce i requisiti dei manometri, vacuometri e manovacuometri indicatori a tubo Bourdon in maniera circolare, spirale o elicoidale, di dimensioni nominali tra i 40 e i 250, utilizzate per la misura di pressioni relative fino a 1.600 bar.<br \/>\n<strong>EN 837-2<\/strong><br \/>\nRaccomandazioni per la scelta e installazione di un manometro.<br \/>\n<strong>EN 837-3<\/strong><br \/>\nManometri amembrana e manometri a capsula. I collegamenti possono essere a profilo esagonale o a profilo quadrato.<\/p>\n<p class=\"testo\">Nelle filettature coniche la tenuta viene di solito ottenuta grazie alla stretta tra la filettatura maschio e la filettatura femmina. E&#8216; consigliabile comunque applicare del nastro PRFE o simile sulla filettatura maschio prima di realizzare il montaggio. Questo dispositivo \u00e8 formato da un tappo in caucci\u00f9 che \u00e8 da rimuovere o sezionare nel caso in cui sia indicato sull&#8217;etichetta incollata all&#8217;attrezzatura.
